SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently ship in the GCC region, soon we will ship worldwide, so you can enjoy your signature Rana Mikdashi piece wherever you are.

We try to get your piece to you as soon as possible, but please bear in mind the following:• Please allow 4 to 5 working days for in stock, standard size items to be dispatched. • Bespoke and special orders can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks and the time line will be agreed and communicated to you during the design process. • Delivery within the UAE takes up to 2 working days from the day the item/s were dispatched.• For international deliveries, kindly refer to our delivery table

For international shipments our delivery partner is DHL. Please refer to the shipping table provided by DHL for more details.

A tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you at the time of shipping, so you can always keep track of your order.

Please refer to your country's custom duty rules and charges for orders shipped outside of the UAE.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date. Please ensure that all items returned are in their original condition and packaging, and are unworn
