- We currently ship in the UAE and GCC region

- In Stock, standard size items will be dispatched in 4 to 5 working days .
Bespoke and special orders can take from 2 to 4 weeks, time line will be agreed during the design process.
Delivery within the UAE takes up to 2 working days from the day they were shipped.
For international delivery, kindly refer to our delivery table (insert link to DHL document) 

-A tracking number and tracking link will be emailed at the time of shipping

-For orders shipped to outside the UAE, please refer to your country's custom duty rules and charges. These are to be collected separately from the customer by the courier.

-Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be in original condition, packaging and unworn. We don not cover courier charges for international returns at the moment.

- To receive a refund for your duties and taxes paid on a returned order, you will need to go through your local customs office as this fee is paid to the country of import.

-All prices are in AED, United Arab Emirates Dirhams.

- All our pieces ship from Dubai, UAE

- Address can be changed only before an order ships, once you have received an email confirming that your order is on it's way, the shipping address can not be modified.
